Indiana University's KIP Israel Program to Meet Israeli Innovators
Twenty-five MBA students from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University will be experiencing Israel this March with Shorashim.
Not only will they experience Israel and meet Israelis, the students will be mingling with Israel’s top innovators beginning with Shai Agassi, CEO of Better Place.
The trip is the culmination of a seminar at Indiana University titled KIP (Kelley Israel Program) organized by MBA student and Shorashim alum Jamie Billow. He and his team have brought Israeli executives and diplomats to Bloomington to talk about business in Israel during their 3 hour Monday classes. Shorashim will present a session at their final class on February 20 and orient the students for their upcoming trip.
“Israel is not just an important center for many religions and cultures and a homeland for the Jewish People, it is a hub of innovation,” said Adam Stewart, Director of Shorashim. “Shorashim’s emphasis is Israeli culture, and Israel’s high tech reputation plays a vital role in its society.”
KIP students will be in Israel March 8 - 20.
