On the Washington DC Community programs, experience the awesome adventure of Israel from the inside, through the eyes and hearts of Israeli peers. Along with other young adults from the greater Washington DC area, Travel for 10-days with Israelis who share the beauty, excitement and complexities of their country with you.

The Washington DC Community Program offers three "interest tracks" in addition to the general program offered in June:

  • Community Service Trip: See the sites of Israel while doing good! Sign up for this trip and have the opportunity to combine your passion for travel with your passion for service - offered in July
  • Capitol to Capitol Trip: Join other politically-minded young adults on a trip which will have a politics and international affairs focus. It will include a chance to learn a bit more about the government of Israel - offered in August (timed with congressional recess).
  • DC and Moscow Community Trip: Experience Israel with young adults from DC AND Moscow! This is an opportunity to learn not only about Israeli culture, but also from Russian peers - offered in June.

On this trip, you will meet with Israeli figures that are shaping Israel today. Hike in spectacular nature areas of Israel. Enjoy snorkeling, and yachting in the Gulf of Eilat. From a meeting with residents of the Golan, to Bedouin hospitality in the desert, from the liveliness of Tel Aviv, to the diversity and spirituality of Jerusalem, experience the history, the vibrancy and the challenges of Modern Israel. Make lifelong Israeli and American friends and have lots of fun.

The gift of a lifetime and the experience of a lifetime!
